As summer comes to an end, in most other parts of America, coats and sweaters will be coming out. However in Florida, we get to bare skin well pretty much 365 days a year–give or take couple of Banana Republic sweater days. If a summer of poolside mojitos has inflated your mid-section with a few extra pounds, Dirt Fitness is hosting a 40 minute booty-busting workout that’s designed to burn up to 600 calories. The free class combines old school exercises such as sprinting, push-ups, kettle bell training and pull-ups.
